Responsibilities

• Monitor, service, and repair all ice makers, walk-in coolers, freezers, beer chillers, yogurt machines, and all refrigerators.
• Maintain working conditions of restaurant equipment including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers, and buffet line equipment.
• Monitor temperature controls in Casino and Theater; adjust tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to ensure guest comfort.
• Order parts, receive and stock parts, and maintain parts inventory.
• Design and install refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning equipment.
• Design and install ducting, grills, and controls for changes and new additions to heating and air conditioning systems.
• Maintain Hotsy Pressure washer and Biocinematic Electronic air filters.
• Assist with emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing, or telephone systems.
• Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding, or other electrical, structural, or building disciplines are highly desired and preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with co-workers and function as part of a team.
• Capability to maneuver for prolonged periods, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc.
• Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Ability to stoop, bend, jump, and carry heavy loads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
• Ability to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations.
• Ability to learn and retain locations, operation, and repair procedures of property mechanical systems, equipment, and life safety systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
