Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and systems across guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, casino, and back-of-house areas
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, kitchen, and HVAC systems
- Complete minor cosmetic repairs and installations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist in shift turnover by communicating pending work orders and unresolved maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hotel or facility maintenance experience
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Knowledge and/or certification in one or more of the following: plumbing, air handling, refrigeration, electricity, electronics, carpentry, flooring, kitchen equipment, or upholstery
- Southern Nevada pool certification preferred
- 5 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Proven experience delivering high-quality guest service
