Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Operate, inspect and maintain mechanical utility systems across the plant.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
  • Ensure timely execution of repairs, maintenance tasks and technical interventions.
  • Monitor maintenance cost targets and contribute to efficient resource use.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance tasks and compliance with plant procedures.

Qualifications

  • Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering fields, or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment will be considered an asset.
  • Good command of MS Office and ability to work with maintenance systems/tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in Greece.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
