Key Accountabilities
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of service
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
- Perform general repairs that do not require specialized technician. Example may include fixing drywall, painting, and perform basic carpentry.
- Answer maintenance requests for hotel guest rooms
General Requirements
- A high school diploma is preferred
- You must be available to work weekends and night schedule (1:00pm-9:30pm)
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization and a positive attitude
- You must be able to load, unload, and push equipment and/or carts up to 50 pounds
Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
The Maintenance Engineer position is full-time and works a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
