MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Essential Duties

• Make repairs to hotel air-conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (I.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, electrical, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 pounds constantly.
• Requires an ability to push/pull, grasp, lift and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, occasionally to waist height.
• Requires an ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 30 feet.
