MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

About the role

As the PMMaintenanceEngineer, you will perform routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems.
• Have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
• Be able to lift and operate equipment that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Be able to climb a ladder and stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Have experience in at least one of the following: Drywall, Painting.

Requirements

• Diverse skill set and time management.
• Willingness to learn or enhance a skillset.
• The ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Physical strength to lift and operate equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder and stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Experience in at least one of the following: Drywall, Painting.

Qualifications

• Hourly rate range for this Part-time position from 3pm to 1130 pm is paying between $19 - $22 per hour.
• Previous general maintenance and/or contractor work experience is preferred but not required.
• This position requires weekend availability.

Pay

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Mostly 3pm to 1130 pm shifts.
