About the role

The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for the store, restrooms, offices, and maintaining cleaning supply inventory.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean and supply restrooms, clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, using soapy water, cleaners, sponges and squeegees
• Dust furniture walls, machines and equipment
• Maintain dry floor area, especially at the front door
• Deploy wet floor cones when necessary

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical demands and work conditions

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Work schedules are variable depending on needs, working from midnight
