About the role
The Maintenance Technician supports daily production operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to support both people and processes in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors
- Install and service electronic equipment
- Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet
- Program Fanuc robots
- Execute and improve preventative maintenance
- Perform fast-paced repairs to minimize production downtime
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery
- Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operational equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems – certification, license or associate degree required
- Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift in a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be able to:
- Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level
- Lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by production schedule
- Read machine schematics
- Operate industrial equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Pay
Hiring range: $34.17 - $38.69 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.

Shift 3 (United States of America), full time.
