Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, motor control centers (MCCs), breakers, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and other testing equipment.
- Complete maintenance records and work orders.
- Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience troubleshooting 480V industrial electrical systems preferred.
- Experience with industrial motors, MCCs, control circuits, and electrical distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oil & gas or industrial facility maintenance experience.
- TWIC Card.
- NCCER Electrical Certification or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work overtime as needed.
