Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all OSHA regulations, follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions.
- Properly use any personal protection equipment (PPE) and comply with 5S guidelines to insure a clean and organized work place.
- Support equipment failure analysis.
- Perform work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.
- Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.
- Ensure all process documents and quality procedures are updated and act as a resource to provide help to others.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Analyze an electrical control system to resolve and repair electrical issues to return the system to proper operating conditions.
- Perform troubleshooting, electrical repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Conform to applicable codes and standards to maintain, install, and operate electrical systems.
- Recognize controls related hazards in a manufacturing environment (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) to incorporate safe practices and procedures as part of the daily work plan to reduce injuries and create a safe machine environment.
- Implement changes to further automate manufacturing processes using available technology, programming techniques, and identify needed material and resources for project completion to provide the optimum automation for the manufacturing environment.
- Solve problems and improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
- Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
- Participate actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
36+ per hour, based on department and shift.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 1st and 2nd Shifts. Overtime on weekends.
