Maintenance Electrician

About The Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, interpret schematics and blueprints, perform equipment repairs, and help maintain safe and reliable production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Design and test minor electrical control circuits used for machinery and production equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical and electronic controls using schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, motors, transformers, and lighting equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components.
• Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, and replacement needs.
• Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, schematics, and verbal instructions.
• Use electrical testing instruments and appropriate tools to diagnose equipment issues.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
• Support additional maintenance activities as directed by the Group Leader.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Required Qualifications

• A two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of related industrial electrical or maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to use CMMS software for parts lookup and maintenance work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical & Employment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, sitting, and manual-dexterity activities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM Alternative Schedule: Weekend Nights, Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
