Maintenance - Drywall Finisher- Bellevue, NE

About The Position

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our Maintenance team supporting Rising View, a military housing community consisting of approximately 2,000 residential units located near Offutt Air Force Base. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality interior finishes throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching.
• Repair damaged drywall caused by water intrusion, normal wear and tear, or maintenance work.
• Complete smooth, paint-ready finishes that meet company quality standards.
• Match existing textures and finishes across various home styles and ages.
• Work professionally in occupied homes while maintaining cleanliness and respect for residents.
• Cook up with maintenance team members and supervisors to complete work on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures.
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Document completed work and communicate additional repair needs.
• Perform additional maintenance repairs within skillset and abilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in drywall finishing, preferably in residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes with minimal rework.
• Experience working in occupied homes or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Ability to represent the company professionally when interacting with residents and team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attendance, organization, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in large-scale residential, multi-family, or military housing environments preferred.
• Experience with texture matching, skim coating, and Level 4-5 finishes preferred.
• Basic painting preparation knowledge and additional maintenance skills are a plus.

Schedule

The schedule is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Employment
