MAINTENANCE/DRIVER

The Position

As our Houseman, you take pride in taking care of our guests and our property. Warm and welcoming, you are guest-oriented but also like being outside: whether it's Valet our staff members, helping with landscaping projects like mowing and weeding, or assisting with general room maintenance, you are our resident jack of all trades!

Additional responsibilities

- Responsible for trash and waste upkeep for areas in and around our property - General cleaning tasks like dusting and cobweb removal - Special projects like polishing tile and wood - Driving staff to and from work

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license - You like to stay busy, working both independently and in a team environment - Be able to take direction well - Comfortable working outdoors - Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility. - Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities - Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis - Carrying and lifting items up to 40 pounds.
