Driver Crew Member - Maintenance (50667)
About the Role
Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This position is a dual driver/crew member role responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.
Responsibilities
- Safely driving a company work truck with a 24' trailer
- Performing daily vehicle inspections
- Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Moving soil, equipment, and materials
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
