Maintenance Dispatcher

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the verification of service requests and as required for invoice payments.
• Supports other departmental positions as necessary.
• Confirms invoices, payments, and financials are accurate for the department.
• Receives maintenance requests, diagnoses problems, verifies station equipment as necessary (via databases), and estimates work required in order to procure repair services through approved contractors.
• Prioritizes maintenance requests and subsequent procurement of services.
• Maintains oversight of contract and maintenance performance and service in order to assist in the pre-qualification and approval of maintenance contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Dispatcher for a multi-location company, preferably retail stores.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service capability.
• Experience reviewing and processing invoices.
