Maintenance Dispatch Center (MDC) Deputy Supervisor (4537) with Security Clearance

Position Responsibilities

• Works with the Maintenance Dispatch Center Supervisor and is responsible for day-to-day management of the ILD Operations Center
• Affords assistance with the management and oversight of the quality control of all incoming phone calls fielded by the Maintenance Dispatch Coordinators
• Ensures that all maintenance work orders are properly planned and scheduled so that best support is provided
• Exercises independent judgment and reasoning skills
• Acts as the MDC Supervisor when the MDC Supervisor is not available

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to acquire a fully adjudicated Background Investigation (BI)
• 6 years of experience is required in organizing, directing, and managing equipment maintenance dispatch center

Position is located in Lorton, VA.
