Maintenance/Housekeeping Duties

• Repair and maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Respond to emergency calls and conduct fire drills.
• Manage and supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Train staff in proper techniques and use of chemicals and equipment.
• Dispose of garbage according to sanitation procedures.
• Oversee snow and ice removal.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping procedures.
• Complete daily inspections and test equipment.
• Train assigned personnel in chemical mixing and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate core values of Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
• One year minimum of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety rules.
• Good communication skills, including reading and writing in English.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
