Maintenance Director, Senior Living

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete day-to-day maintenance functions while maintaining the physical environment of the community.
• Complete building work orders and service requests per Wallick policy and procedures.
• Paint and assist with the upkeep of the grounds, including landscaping.
• Assign and supervise the day-to-day functions of maintenance assistants and interpret department policies and procedures.
• Interface with residents and their families regarding maintenance problems and other information as requested.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned work areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained.
• Coordinate the maintenance portion of unit rehab projects.
• Maintain maintenance equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 or more years in a supervisory role.
• 2 or more years of maintenance experience, ideally in a Senior Living setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office.

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay

Starting at $55,000 annually.
