Maintenance Director - Senior Living

Role & Responsibilities: As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring the physical environment of the community is well-maintained. Your duties include completing work orders, managing grounds upkeep, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating rehabilitation projects. You will interface with residents regarding maintenance issues, conduct inspections, maintain equipment, and perform related tasks to support a safe, clean, and functional community. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience and two or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in a Senior Living setting. Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential.
