Maintenance Director

Job Summary

We are now hiring a Maintenance Director to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,304.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Maintenance Department to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the facility.
• Supervision of the team and management of operations, repairs, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Planning and carrying out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Tracking spending and labor budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of blueprints, wiring schematics, building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Licenses in accordance with applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Experience planning and carrying out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
