Job Summary
We are now hiring a Maintenance Director to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,304.00 per year.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Maintenance Department to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the facility.
- Supervision of the team and management of operations, repairs, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Planning and carrying out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
- Tracking spending and labor budgets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Knowledge of blueprints, wiring schematics, building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
- Licenses in accordance with applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
- Experience planning and carrying out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
- Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
