Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Maintains and/or oversees repair of Community equipment; ensures equipment is functioning properly and staff are trained in its use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, systems, and state-required inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with minor repair and maintenance techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.
