Maintenance Director

As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

• Overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Developing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping policies and procedures
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budget tracking

Requirements

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting, preferably as a Maintenance Director or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise maintenance staff
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
