Maintenance Director

As Maintenance Director at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance department, including supervising and scheduling maintenance staff
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
• Develop and implement maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and new installations
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and HIPAA
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or related field
