Maintenance Director

About the role

Oaks at Eagles Landing located in Stockbridge, GA is recruiting a Maintenance Director. The role is full-time and focuses on coordinating residence maintenance services, keeping the residence and grounds in good repair, inventorying and ordering maintenance supplies, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, preparing vacant rooms/apartments for new residents, and responding promptly to all repair needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as a Maintenance Director in a long-term care setting preferred
• Possess an understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Desire to work with older adults
• Must be able to react in an emergency situation
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a satisfactory criminal history check and a valid driver's license
• Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician
• Must have a negative drug screen
