Maintenance Director

Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team, who will manage all of the maintenance duties for our amazing health care company! You'll be a valued member of our caring, dynamic team, with a full suite of benefits available to you.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant
• Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors
• Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties
• Responsible for negotiating and contracting with outside vendors
• Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations
• One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Must have valid driver's license, good driving record
• Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English
