Maintenance Director

Job Summary

Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is seeking a full-time Plant Ops/Maintenance Director to manage all maintenance duties for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions required to keep the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties.
• Follow established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
• One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and live within 20 minutes from the community.
• Ability to operate Windows, Microsoft Suite, computer, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience performing the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Health Care Facility and using an electronic work order and documentation system.
• Ability to paint, change lights, perform minor electrical and plumbing duties, and troubleshoot.
