Maintenance Director

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon. Responsibilities

• Maintain all internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds.
• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the maintenance department.
• Ensure the facility and grounds meet all related safety codes.
• Monitor and follow equipment and systems maintenance schedules.
• Ensure our residents are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Five years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with an associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar field preferred.

Qualifications
