Responsibilities
The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations. The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- We require at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations
- Candidates must have knowledge of building service practices and procedures
- Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in [STATE] is preferred
- Must possess the ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation
- Must be able to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with residents and family members
- Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
