Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and specialists.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Oversee the upkeep of HVAC systems, waterpark and pool systems, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, gym machinery, hotel room facilities, and structural elements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as local regulations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and supplies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
- HVAC Certification (preferred).
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of hire if not currently certified.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Experience in facilities with pools and water attractions highly desirable.
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
