About the role
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director to join our family! We are searching for a Maintenance Director that is resident, and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture.
Responsibilities
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Previous nursing home experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
