Maintenance Director
Salary Range
Salary Range: $70,304-$90,000.00 per year
About the role
We are now hiring a Maintenance Director to be the newest member of our awesome team!
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department
- Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations
- Supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations
- Track spending and labor budgets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices
- Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
- Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation
- Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets
- Supervisory experience
Qualifications
Nice to have: Experience in a healthcare facility
Skills
Must have: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc. Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices. Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation. Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets. Supervisory experience.
