Maintenance Crib Manager

The Maintenance Crib Manager role supports and maintains the AP2 factory for the Front Load Washer Program. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, manage, and execute a maintenance spare part and tool crib system
• Support maintenance personnel to reduce production downtime
• Maintain and report inventory stock in relevant inventory management software
• Purchase spare parts and tools for the crib
• Direct crib attendants and assistants in an efficient and safe manner
• Support safety, cost-saving, operational improvement, and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance department and facility

Position Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in maintenance related field with 2 years of inventory management or 5 years of experience in inventory management or maintenance parts/crib experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills including direct communication with vendors
• 1-2 years of management of staff experience preferred
• Purchasing experience in manufacturing setting preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Working Conditions

• Normal working conditions for both an office and manufacturing environments
• May involve lifting materials and products up to 25 pounds
• May require occasional weekend and/or evening work
• Walking and standing for extended periods, using stairs, cross-overs, and ladders
