Maintenance/Construction Pro - Contract Position

About the role

Homeworx is looking for maintenance professionals who will strive to ensure that our tenants and/or customers have a good experience when making a service call for maintenance or repair work.

Requirements

• Have your own truck and tools
• Cell Phone (Android or iPhone) with Internet Service
• Active real estate license with OKCMAR membership
• Closed a minimum of 25 transactions

Responsibilities

• Drywall / Paint
• Light Electrical & Plumbing
• Small Appliance
• Troubleshooting

Qualifications

You must be presentable in appearance and courteous in attitude for all service calls, day or night. We will verify all references for quality and accuracy.
