Maintenance & Construction Opportunities!

Location: Mobile (Pittsburgh and immediate surrounding areas) – Full‑Time

Responsibilities

• Drive to designated properties across Pittsburgh to complete assigned work orders.
• Perform routine repair work, including minor plumbing, drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with light renovation and general construction tasks as needed.
• Maintain equipment, keep tools and materials organized, and troubleshoot on‑site issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance, building repairs, or basic construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
• Proficiency with standard hand and power tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
