About the role
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage server operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain software updates and patches.
- Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT support or management experience.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in network administration and security protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with ITIL service management principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
