Maintenance Associate

About the role

We are currently looking to hire Maintenance Associates who want to make a positive impact and represent our operating principles. Your job should provide a sense of accomplishment, joy, and gratification. You will have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services to our residents while developing meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Respond to work orders and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address concerns and provide support
• Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Must have reliable transportation
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
