About the role
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities. This includes but is not limited to cleaning common areas, repairing minor equipment issues, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas such as hallways, restrooms, and common rooms
- Repairing minor equipment issues like light fixtures and small appliances
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and reporting any hazards immediately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
