Maintenance Associate

Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain school facilities through painting, carpentry, and general repairs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across HVAC and mechanical systems. Key Duties Perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders, and address repair needs throughout the facility.Conduct basic carpentry and painting tasks to support building upkeep.Troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems and support repairs as needed.Inspect facilities and complete maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor environments. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Georgia driver’s license.Ability to perform physical work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
