Maintenance Associate

Essential Functions

  • Performs preventative and routine maintenance of machines and equipment in accordance with SOP’s and established schedules.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and performs non routine maintenance repairs of equipment.
  • Utilizes CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for entry of maintenance work orders and inventory.
  • Follows REEB safety policies and procedures.
  • Affixes to assist with general light-duty maintenance tasks.
  • Completes special maintenance projects as needed.
  • Performs daily janitorial duties.
  • Cleans and maintains eyewash stations.
  • Operates a forklift as needed (must have experience).

Requirements

  • Prior experience with forklift operation.
  • General maintenance and janitorial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to safety and detail in all tasks.

About the Role

This role will be based in our Door Fabrication branch in Lancaster, TX.

Qualifications

Factory training and certification in diagnostic software. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience a plus. Valid Driver’s License required. Excellent written, organization, communication and service skills required.
