Maintenance Associate
Job Responsibilities
Aid in resolving daily maintenance issues promptly.
Inspect buildings, electrical systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and maintenance.
Identify hazards, defects, and repair needs.
Participate in preventive maintenance and troubleshoot problems.
Move, load, unload, and store supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Complete painting projects and perform gypsum board (drywall) repair and installation.
Empty trash and maintain exterior grounds and perimeter.
Contribute to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and artists.
Qualifications
Preferred general maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and facility repair work.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and climb ladders safely.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Ability to cope with environmental stressors such as loud noises.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
