Maintenance Associate

Summary

Meadowood Village Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Associate to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of their 201-unit residential community.

Responsibilities

- Prepare units for occupancy - Paint and complete make-readies for occupancy - Perform daily trash pickup - Assist in general maintenance work as needed - Perform light checks - Conduct manual repairs when necessary - Carry out general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping), including painting and carpentry, and pool maintenance - Be on-call as assigned by the property manager

Skills

- Proven experience as a maintenance associate - Strong working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including drying walls and painting - Familiarity with tools, common appliances, and devices - Good physical condition and strength
