Maintenance Associate

Summary

Dorsey Gardens is seeking a Maintenance Associate to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of its 132-unit residential apartment community.

Responsibilities

- Prepare units for occupancy - Paint and complete make-readies for occupancy - Perform daily trash pickup - Assist in general maintenance work as requested - Perform light checks - Perform manual repairs when necessary - Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance - On-call responsibilities as assigned by the property manager

Skills

- Proven experience as a maintenance associate - Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walls, painting, etc. - Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices - Good physical condition and strength
