Maintenance Associate

What You'll Do

• Assist with general property maintenance and upkeep.
• Touch up and "fluff" vacant homes to ensure they are move-in ready.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Walk the property daily to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, amenities, and common areas.
• Keep the community golf cart clean, charged, and in good working condition.
• Check construction area doors and gates at the end of each day to ensure they are properly secured.
• Assist with punch lists and special projects as assigned.
• Help maintain maintenance equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Respond to maintenance requests as directed.
• Promote a positive experience for residents through friendly, professional customer service.
• Aid in emergency maintenance when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Working both indoors and outdoors.
• Lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance when necessary.
• Safely operating standard maintenance tools and equipment.
