Maintenance Assistant Supervisor - Bexley at Left Bank
About the role
Weinstein Properties, a family-owned company with over 60 properties across multiple states, seeks a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Bexley at Left Bank in Forth Worth, TX. As a key member of our service team, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of a maintenance crew to ensure timely completion of all upkeep, inventory, and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.
- Schedule and supervise both in-house and vendor work.
- Assist with on-call duties, sharing responsibilities with other team members.
- Ensure adherence to professional maintenance practices, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Drive positive visitor, prospect, and resident experiences through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of trade-related experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
- Proficiency in using business software for work order management, scheduling, supply ordering, and communication.
- Willingness to share on-call responsibilities with the team.
- Valid driver’s license, transportation, and tools required.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, transportation, and tools. A background/criminal check and DMV will be conducted.

Pay and On-Call Bonuses
- Starting pay at $26 per hour, with potential for additional bonuses:
- On-Call Bonus: $150 per week (calls or no calls), plus an additional $150 per holiday on call.
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $1,110 based on property and team performance.
