Maintenance Assistant part-time

Do you enjoy a job that has a variety of duties, routines, and responsibilities? If so, we’re currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Here’s What You’ll Do Complete preventive maintenance, in compliance with regulatory standards, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Complete daily repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist with lawn care and snow removal Monitor security measures to protect property, residents, and staff. Participate in regulatory inspections and implement corrective actions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
