Maintenance Assistant - Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston West Ashley

Responsibilities

• Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
