About the role
The Hotel Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas daily
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding facility issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (optional but preferred)
