About the role
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize are a must. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
- Provides exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping.
- Assists in coordination of community events.
- Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
