Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and modifications to equipment, fixtures, and facilities
- Identify and address maintenance needs, including reporting deficiencies to the facilities team
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Collaborate with the facilities team to prioritize and address maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs and narrow spaces
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work on-call rotation
