Maintenance Assistant

Duties

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Maintain/Repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers)
• Setup and adjust TVs
• Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits
• Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers' packings and drain lines
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
• General Painting
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is required
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
